WeLink is hiring highly motivated, multilingual (English Cantonese and Mandarin) individuals for a door-to-door / outside sales role with unlimited earning potential in the Los Angeles area. Requirements

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
• Full training provided.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with door-to-door canvassing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Must be 18+ years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and knock on doors to generate personal leads, specifically engaging with Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking residents.
• Present and sell high-speed internet services to homeowners, explaining technical benefits clearly in the customer's preferred language.
• Manage the full sales cycle and earn uncapped commission.
• Build trust and deliver a great customer experience through cultural and linguistic competency.
• Meet and exceed sales goals within the Los Angeles territory.
