About The Position
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who values teamwork, quality, and great customer service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the property’s standards and curb appeal, handling service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents. If you enjoy hands-on work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Requirements
- EPA HVAC Certification (Type I & II or Universal required)
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance installation
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- A true team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
- Maintain property appearance and functionality
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Service Manager
