The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention to the resident. The Maintenance Technician responds to our residents' service needs and is instrumental in helping deliver superior customer service to our residents. This role involves preparing make ready apartments, responding to resident requests, maintaining grounds and amenities, and performing scheduled maintenance. The technician must be knowledgeable in various maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry, and painting. On-call scheduling may be required for after-hour emergencies. The role also requires adherence to safety procedures, company uniform standards, and fair housing laws, while consistently delivering superior customer service.
