About The Position
Now Hiring: Bilingual Leasing Agent We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Agent to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience. What You’ll Do: Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features. Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects. Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals. Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care. Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends. Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (required).
