About The Position
Falls of West Oaks Apartments is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Agent. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills, who is passionate about helping potential residents find their ideal home. The Leasing agent will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our leasing program. We offer an attractive hourly pay + commission structure.
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience required
- Experience in OneSite software required
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
- Give apartment tours and highlight community features
- Process applications and lease paperwork
- Build relationships with current and future residents
- Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
- Support resident events and community engagement
