You will work directly with experienced multifamily advisors in the Atlanta, GA market and gain exposure to live transactions, underwriting, client strategy, and market positioning. Year one is built around three core disciplines: Prospecting & Relationship Development (identifying and engaging multifamily owners through disciplined outreach and research, expecting consistent outbound activity), Underwriting & Market Analysis (analyzing rent rolls, operating statements, sales comps, and development trends to understand value drivers in the Nashville multifamily market), and Transaction Execution (supporting the preparation of Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), and assisting in managing transactions from launch through closing). As you develop, you will begin building your own pipeline and client base. The company provides mentorship and platform support, and expects resilience, urgency, and accountability from the candidate. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Atlanta.
