About The Position

MMG was built by top-producing advisors who believed brokerage could be done better — with transparency, collaboration, and alignment between brokers and clients. We are hiring a Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor to join our Houston, TX office. This role is for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in multifamily investment sales — not just “try real estate.” This is not a support role. This is a producer track. If you are looking for a salaried analyst position with minimal risk, this likely is not the right fit. If you are competitive, disciplined, and willing to earn your seat in a high-performance environment, we should talk. You will work directly with experienced multifamily advisors in the Houston market and gain exposure to live transactions, underwriting, client strategy, and market positioning. Year one is built around three core disciplines: Prospecting & Relationship Development, Underwriting & Market Analysis, and Transaction Execution. As you develop, you will begin building your own pipeline and client base. We provide mentorship and platform support. You bring resilience, urgency, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Texas Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable in Excel and financial modeling
  • Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of brokerage, lending, appraisal, or investment experience are also welcome.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior multifamily exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect multifamily owners through research and outbound outreach
  • Assist in underwriting and financial analysis of multifamily assets
  • Support preparation of BOVs, OMs, and marketing materials
  • Research ownership records, market comps, and development trends
  • Maintain CRM systems and pipeline tracking
  • Assist with transaction coordination and buyer communications
  • Participate in internal pipeline and strategy calls
