As a Multicraft Plant Maintenance Technician, you’re the go-to problem solver who keeps equipment reliable, projects on track, and the grounds looking sharp.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on skills in welding, electrical wiring, plumbing, pipefitting, and carpentry; exposure to heating/refrigeration is a plus.
• Knowledge of safe, proper welding practices.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance on building systems and plant equipment.
• Conduct hose testing in accordance with SOPs and document as required.
• Fabricate and install equipment and process improvements.
• Keep the PM program up to date on all required assets.
• Maintain a neat, orderly appearance of the facility, grounds, and property.
• Immediately report actual or potential food safety concerns to your supervisor or the SQF Practitioner.
• Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence by supporting high-quality facilities, products, and services.
• Follow all relevant SOPs; perform additional duties as assigned.
• Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health and safety, and process training; review changes with your supervisor; maintain RCRA compliance.
