About The Position

Kenly 95 is seeking an enthusiastic Shift Leader to work across Subway and Dairy Queen operations. The role involves leading and supporting teams while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, on-site food-service environment. The supervisor prepares and serves food and treats, handles transactions, maintains clean and organized work areas, and helps train, motivate, and encourage team members. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have at least one year of leadership experience, and be available to work any day and any time, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Employment includes a pre-employment drug test and background check, as well as random drug testing. The company is unable to sponsor a visa.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
Prepare and serve sandwiches, treats, and other food and beverages while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces and dining areas.
Collaborate with teammates and support them during busy periods.
Process customer orders and payments accurately and keep the cash register area organized and secure.
Train, motivate, and encourage team members and help the team achieve goals and complete tasks.
