About The Position
The Multi-Unit Studio Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring studio teams, driving business performance, creating an exceptional client experience, ensuring smooth studio operations, and growing the local presence of Sev Skin across multiple assigned studios. This is an on-site leadership role requiring flexibility and regular travel between studios.
Requirements
- Experience successfully leading multiple studios, retail stores, or service-based businesses.
- A strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
- Experience coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders and teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence analyzing performance data and translating insights into action.
- A client-first mindset and genuine passion for developing people.
- Proficiency with business software, scheduling systems, and data-management tools.
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned studios.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire studio teams by building a positive culture, coaching Studio Managers and team members, providing feedback, and identifying high-potential individuals.
- Drive business performance by leading assigned studios to achieve revenue, sales, productivity, and profitability goals, monitoring KPIs, and coaching teams on conversion, rebooking, reviews, and utilization.
- Create an exceptional client experience by ensuring all interactions meet Sev Skin's service standards, inspiring teams to provide a welcoming experience, monitoring client feedback, and resolving escalated client concerns.
- Keep studios running smoothly by overseeing operations, ensuring policy adherence, managing staffing and scheduling, monitoring inventory, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Grow local presence through grassroots marketing initiatives, building local relationships, identifying partnership opportunities, and encouraging team participation in outreach efforts.
