About The Position

Value Buds is seeking a Multi-Unit Store Manager to oversee the daily operations, team development, and sales performance of three cannabis retail stores. This role is responsible for driving store results, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance with provincial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail leadership, sales, and operations, preferably within the cannabis, liquor, or a similarly regulated industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills.
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Nice To Haves

• Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams.
• Drive sales, KPIs, labor, and budget performance.
• Create a strong customer-focused sales culture.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations.
• Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures.
