About The Position

This role is for a Multi-Unit Manager overseeing operations in Downtown Toronto, reporting to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a career in dental management and be ready for a new challenge, either as a Regional Manager with experience in a multi-clinic portfolio or a Practice Manager ready to scale their impact across multiple sites. The company operates 35 clinics across Canada, with a strong presence in Downtown Toronto. The role covers the downtown core and immediate GTA, requiring the candidate to live in or near the city for effective leadership. The position involves full accountability for clinical performance, patient experience standards, and Practice Manager development across the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include understanding clinic financials, coaching teams, and driving performance consistency.

Requirements

3–5+ years in dental practice management.
Understanding of clinic financials and what drives performance.
Comfort across multiple practice management software platforms.
Ability to travel regularly across Downtown Toronto and the GTA.
Experience leading a multi-clinic dental portfolio and delivering consistent results.
Experience managing a large, high-volume practice with complex scheduling, staffing, and operational demands.
Experience turning around a clinic (staffing, culture, performance).
