About The Position

FLINT is actively seeking talented individuals to join their team for the Redwater Turnaround. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic workforce and contribute to impactful projects. The role involves various trades such as Forepersons, Pipefitters, Labourers, and Rig Welders. The position is located in Redwater, AB, and is a temporary, safety-sensitive role with a continuous schedule of 8 hours regular plus 3 hours overtime daily, with day and night shifts available. A night shift premium is offered, along with a retention bonus upon project completion. Requirements

Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: WHMIS, CSTS 2020 or CSTS 09.
In-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements: Fall Protection, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry.
Welders must provide CWB and B-Pressure tickets.
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects.
