About The Position
FLINT is seeking talented individuals to join their team for the Pulp Mill Peace River, AB Turnaround. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic workforce and contribute to impactful projects. The role involves performing maintenance, repair, installation, and turnaround activities on mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment to support safe and reliable mill operations.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
- Minimum 4 years of industrial experience preferred.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: WHMIS, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, Aerial Work Platform.
- Welders must provide CWB and B-Pressure tickets.
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and turnaround activities on mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment to support safe and reliable mill operations.
Benefits
- Mobilization/Demobilization provided for up to 12 hours of travel each way.
- LOA for non-locals: $170 per day
- Travel Pay Provided
