About The Position

Alfa Fit Holdings is seeking a highly organized, detail-loving self-starter to be the operational backbone of their studios. This role involves working directly with studio managers and the leadership team to ensure the business remains organized, compliant, and moving forward. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the operations of a multi-location fitness brand.

Requirements

Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive and resourceful.
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
Quick to learn new software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Passion for fitness, wellness, or boutique studios.

Nice To Haves

6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, HR, administration, or marketing.
A degree in business, HR, marketing, or a related field.
Love for Pilates.

Responsibilities

Support payroll processing across multiple studios.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment paperwork.
Maintain organized, accurate employee records.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.
Process payments for marketing partners, vendors, and events.
Provide certificates of insurance (COIs) and required documentation for partnerships and events.
Coordinate with studio managers and partners to keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule.
Track marketing spend, agreements, and deadlines.
Build and maintain tracking systems, spreadsheets, and shared drives.
Manage contracts, filing, vendor relationships, and documentation.
Handle ordering and inventory for studio supplies, retail, and equipment.
Track studio operations such as maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Assist in rolling out new processes and policies across all locations.
