About The Position

The Multi Store Manager will be responsible for setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, and creating a communication plan to present to the store team. This role requires ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards, promoting and maintaining a safe work environment, and being accountable for all aspects of in-store inventory. The manager will also be responsible for store recruitment, building a high-performance team, and developing merchants at all levels through coaching, training, and one-on-one discussions. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, and the capacity to make complex decisions with integrity that support company guidelines. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. The role also involves meeting the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending, and climbing ladders.

Requirements

2 years’ experience in retail management and customer service
Proficient with Microsoft suite applications
Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
Ability to make complex decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Smart Serve Certification is required
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
