About The Position

The Multi Store Manager will be responsible for setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, and creating a communication plan to present to the store team. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft suite applications and a motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets. The manager will ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards, create staff schedules, and foster a sound and safe work environment. Key accountabilities include managing all aspects of in-store inventory, store recruitment, building a high-performance team, and developing merchants at all levels through coaching, training, and one-on-one discussions.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in retail management and customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft suite applications
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
• A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
• Ability to make complex decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines
• Smart Serve Certification is required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
