About The Position

This role involves leading engaging and playful soccer + sports classes for kids ages 2–10, encouraging growth with positive reinforcement and fun challenges, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stress-free environment for every child. You will work with a team that celebrates creativity and nurtures growth as a coach. This is a great fit for students, caregivers, or anyone who values balance, offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Requirements

• Experience working with children 5 years and under
• Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
• HIGH ENERGY!
• Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
• Ability to follow Super Soccer Stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
• Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM.
• Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive
• Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
• Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred.
