About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join their team. This role is responsible for keeping stores running smoothly by ensuring equipment like Slurpee machines are functioning correctly and handling in-store maintenance challenges. The technician will respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment including HVAC, Refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers. They will also handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues. The role involves managing parts inventory, completing daily reports, training other technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
Valid Driver’s License
Show leadership
Peer-to-peer tech support
Effective communication
Handle stretch assignments
Facility location ownership
Time management

Responsibilities

Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (HVAC, Refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers)
Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
Train other level I technicians
