About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. It also handles plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance orders, manages parts inventory, and completes daily reports. Additional duties may include training other level I technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication, ability to handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment, such as beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Train other level I technicians.
• Prioritize work.
• Perform basic maintenance on structures.
