About The Position
7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role involves responding to service requests and completing minor repairs on a wide variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. The technician also handles plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work, manages parts inventory, and completes daily reports. Additional duties may include training other Level I technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Skills in leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication, handling stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
