The Multi-Site Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, focusing on maximizing net operating income and optimizing property performance. This includes managing personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
