Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management practices
Experience using property management software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
Excellent financial and business acumen
A customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance
Manage operating budgets while identifying opportunities to improve financial results
Monitor expenses and ensure responsible financial stewardship
Support rent collection, lease compliance, and delinquency management
Analyze market conditions and implement strategies to maximize property performance
Lead the daily operations of the community to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment
Maintain high standards for curb appeal, building condition, and resident experience
Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and service requests
Ensure company policies, operating standards, and procedures are consistently followed
Support leasing initiatives that drive occupancy and long-term resident retention
Create a welcoming environment that delivers exceptional customer service
Resolve resident concerns professionally while building positive community relationships
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable state and local laws
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team
Create a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and excellent customer service
Conduct regular team meetings, performance coaching, and employee development conversations
Recognize team accomplishments while providing guidance for continued growth
Promote safe working practices and regulatory compliance throughout the community
Support property inspections, risk management initiatives, and safety programs
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Partner with leadership to ensure company standards are consistently achieved
Develop productive relationships with vendors and contractors
Coordinate capital improvement projects and community enhancements
Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion
