About The Position
The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the efficient day-to-day operation of the apartment community. This position will manage two residential communities in Arcadia, FL. Highmark Residential seeks individuals who aspire to become the best in their field and enjoy an empowered, challenging, fulfilling, and financially rewarding workplace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Two years of apartment management experience
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)
- Strive for excellence
Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
- Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
- Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
- Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
- Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
