Multi-Site Property Manager
About The Position
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager for 5 properties located in Hawthorne, totaling 109 units. This role includes a free 1-bedroom apartment. All properties are located within a few miles of each other, which offers an opportunity to improve work-life balance by reducing travel time. Requirements
- A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience
- Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments
- Must live on-site
- One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed
- Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed
- A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process
Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
- Conduct unit inspections, Property inspections, and upkeep
- Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
- Market, conduct tours, and lease apartments
- Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
