Multi-Site Property Manager
About The Position
Red Oak Management Co. Inc. is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Property Manager to support affordable housing communities throughout Sheridan, MI and the surrounding service area, including Stanton, Edmore, Ionia, and Muir. This role involves managing multiple properties, building relationships, solving challenges, and helping residents succeed. The position offers the flexibility of dispatching directly from home to assigned properties, with established office hours at each location. The Multi-Site Property Manager will guide applicants through the affordable housing process, support resident recertifications, and serve as the primary connection between residents, maintenance teams, and Red Oak Management Co. Inc. Responsibilities include ensuring work orders and unit turns stay on track, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining safe, welcoming communities by upholding lease requirements and community standards.
Requirements
- Experience in the affordable housing industry.
- Prior experience as a site manager.
- Understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional and dependable.
- Ability to travel to each site weekly.
