Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair.
- Groundskeeping and multifamily/ apartment maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining all areas of the community, from the lush grounds to the inviting common spaces.
- Addressing issues in a resident's home.
- Preparing a vacant unit for new occupants.
