Requirements
- General computer knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair.
- Groundskeeping and multifamily/ apartment maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining all areas of the community, including grounds and common spaces.
