Requirements

  • A Multi Site Maintenance Technician at EDEN Inc will need an adequate set of tools to perform daily job tasks.
  • Trade and/or technical school training, paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic preferred.
  • Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience preferred.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep company facilities.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to address maintenance related work orders efficiently.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less and proof of insurance
  • Must be able to work on call rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine inspections
  • Addressing maintenance work orders
  • Ensuring all of EDEN's properties are safely maintained according to standard regulations for our clients
  • Troubleshooting various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Conducting repairs as needed to uphold our commitment to community well-being
