Requirements

A Multi Site Maintenance Technician at EDEN Inc will need an adequate set of tools to perform daily job tasks.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep company facilities.
Strong communication skills are essential to address maintenance related work orders efficiently.
Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less and proof of insurance
Must be able to work on call rotation.
An eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and integrity will set you apart in this rewarding position.

Nice To Haves

Trade and/or technical school training, paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic preferred.
Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Performing routine inspections
Addressing maintenance work orders
Ensuring all of EDEN's properties are safely maintained according to standard regulations for our clients
Troubleshooting various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
Conducting repairs as needed to uphold our commitment to community well-being
