About The Position

As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II at Trinity Property Consultants, you will operate independently across multiple trades. You will complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence while helping maintain high operational standards across the properties you support. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our managed properties.

Requirements

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.

Nice To Haves

• Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain personal tool inventory.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
