The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant is responsible for executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across two assigned communities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective residents, delivering a seamless and professional leasing experience while effectively representing the unique lifestyle offering of each community. This position requires the ability to balance priorities across multiple sites, ensuring consistent execution of leasing standards, responsiveness to prospects, and a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease lifecycle. The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant proactively supports lease renewals in alignment with Active Adult best practices and contributes to maintaining stable occupancy across both communities. Key responsibilities include lead management, accurate CRM utilization, performance tracking and reporting, and supporting on-site and cross-community marketing initiatives and events. The role also partners closely with community teams, including the Lifestyle Coordinator, to enhance resident engagement and overall community experience. The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant upholds Greystar’s professional standards, compliance requirements, and ethical expectations, while consistently delivering exceptional service to residents, prospects, and guests across both locations.
