As a multi-site team member, you will gain exposure to different neighborhoods, resident demographics, and community offerings while building valuable experience with one of the nation's most respected multifamily housing companies. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Saturday availability required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Apartment leasing or property management experience
Retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-facing experience
Experience working toward sales goals

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized apartment tours across multiple communities
Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with exceptional service
Generate leases, manage renewals, and support resident retention efforts
Assist with move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experience
Collaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals
Help coordinate resident events and community engagement activities
Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation
