About The Position
AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support 2 of their premier luxury apartment communities. This role is for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves connecting people with their next home. As a multi-site team member, you'll gain exposure to different neighborhoods, resident demographics, and community offerings while building valuable experience with one of the nation's most respected multifamily housing companies. Unlike a traditional single-property position, this role offers the opportunity to work across three distinct luxury communities in some of Denver's most desirable neighborhoods. You'll develop a broader understanding of property management, gain exposure to multiple teams and operations, and build skills that can accelerate your career growth within AMLI. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Saturday availability required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Apartment leasing or property management experience
- Retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-facing experience
- Experience working toward sales goals
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized apartment tours across multiple communities
- Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with exceptional service
- Generate leases, manage renewals, and support resident retention efforts
- Assist with move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experience
- Collaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals
- Help coordinate resident events and community engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation
