Multi-Site Leasing Agent Orange, NJ & South Orange, NJ | 3 Communities | 196 Units Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (Weekends Required) Compensation: Hourly Rate + Leasing Commissions If you love the energy of leasing, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in staying organized and ahead of the day, this could be the perfect role for you. Goldberg Realty is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Agent to support three apartment communities in Orange and South Orange, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with residents and prospects, and takes ownership of their work. In this role, you’ll be the face of the community—helping future residents find their next home while ensuring current residents receive exceptional service.

Requirements

• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Able to prioritize tasks and stay productive in a busy environment
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Professional, calm, and solutions-focused when handling challenges

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi Voyager or Section 8 housing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Turn apartment inquiries into happy residents by confidently managing tours, follow-ups, and leasing conversations
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Present apartment homes and community features in a way that helps prospects envision living there
• Provide friendly, responsive service that builds strong resident relationships
• Handle questions and concerns with a calm, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented approach
• Process applications and lease paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and assist with lease renewals
• Partner with maintenance teams to support apartment turnovers and work orders
• Maintain clean and organized leasing records and documentation
• Travel between three communities throughout the week to conduct tours and support leasing activity
• Stay organized and manage priorities across multiple properties
