About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Multi-Site HVAC Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across multiple residential apartment communities. This role travels between multiple properties to ensure residents receive prompt, high-quality service and that all HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently. The Multi-Site HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment while assisting with general apartment maintenance as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience, preferably in multifamily housing or residential property management.
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel regularly between assigned apartment communities.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
  • Complete HVAC installations and component replacements as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance service requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Assist with general apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, when necessary.
  • Prepare vacant suits for presentation and move-ins.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, property managers, and maintenance teams.
