About The Position

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Community Director for the Lancaster, PA region. PMI is a stable and growing employee-owned management company with over 55 years in business, managing over $4 billion in real estate assets. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required, and PMI will cover the cost to obtain one. This role involves overseeing operations for multiple communities and leading on-site staff.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple communities throughout Lancaster and the surrounding areas.
• Lead, support, and manage on-site staff to ensure efficient community operations.
• Manage resident accounts, including rent collection, application processing, and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage related budgets, invoices, and project expenses.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and community stakeholders.
