About The Position

AMLI Lenox and AMLI Flatiron are seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and luxury living, who is ready to elevate their career at two prestigious high-rise communities in Buckhead. The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant will be the central point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for showcasing upscale apartments, managing the leasing process, planning resident events, and promoting the luxury lifestyle through marketing efforts.

Requirements

2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Passion for creating outstanding resident experiences
Availability to work Saturdays
High school diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

Experience in leasing or real estate is a plus
College education is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight the unique features of the communities.
Convert prospects into residents through relationship-building, follow-ups, and strategic marketing via phone, internet, and social media.
Handle all administrative tasks, including lease preparation, documentation, and accurate data entry.
Provide prompt, high-quality customer service to new and existing residents, addressing any requests or concerns.
Foster relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and community partners to generate traffic and maintain visibility.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AMLI’s unique value to maintain a competitive edge.
Plan and execute community events that enhance the resident experience and strengthen the sense of community.
