About The Position

AMLI Lenox and AMLI Flatiron are searching for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic team and help create an exceptional living experience for their residents. As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be the heart of the community—welcoming prospective residents, showcasing upscale apartments, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. You’ll also have the opportunity to plan exciting resident events and apply your marketing skills to promote the luxury lifestyle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Passion for creating outstanding resident experiences
• Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays off!)
• High school diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in leasing or real estate is a plus!
• College education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be the face of AMLI Lenox & AMLI Flatiron – Greet and engage with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight the unique features of our communities.
• Drive occupancy success – Convert prospects into residents through relationship-building, follow-ups, and strategic marketing via phone, internet, and social media.
• Ensure smooth leasing processes – Handle all administrative tasks, including lease preparation, documentation, and accurate data entry.
• Create an exceptional resident experience – Provide prompt, high-quality customer service to new and existing residents, addressing any requests or concerns.
• Market & network – Foster relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and community partners to generate traffic and maintain visibility.
• Be a brand ambassador – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AMLI’s unique value to maintain a competitive edge.
• Host unforgettable resident events – Plan and execute community events that enhance the resident experience and strengthen our sense of community.
