About The Position

This position requires a skilled Multi-modality Technologist capable of operating across various imaging modalities. The technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols and standards. The role involves ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, and contributing to accurate diagnoses through high-quality imaging. The compensation range is estimated based on minimum qualifications, but actual pay considers education, experience, and certifications. Requirements

  • Current BLS certification with American Heart Association.
  • A minimum of any two or more of the following modalities: Radiography, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography, Angiography (Interventional), Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound.
  • Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license.
  • Current ARRT registered certification in Radiography with RT(R) designation.
  • For recent radiologic technology graduates: ARRT registered certification eligibility in Radiography with RT(R); must obtain registered certification within 12 months of hire and prior to the expiration of a temporary Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license.
  • Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography Computed Tomography license.
  • Current ARRT registered certification in Computed Tomography with RT(CT) designation.
  • Current NMTCB registered certification in Nuclear Medicine with CNMT designation.
  • Current ARRT registered certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging with RT(MR) designation.
  • Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license and Mammography license.
  • Current ARRT registered certification in Mammography with RT(M) designation.
  • Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license.
  • Current ARRT registered certification in Radiography with RT(R) designation.
  • Current ACLS certification with American Heart Association; obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine license.
  • Current ARRT registered certification in Nuclear Medicine with RT(N) designation.
  • For technologists performing SPECT-CT: Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine license SPECT-CT endorsement and/or current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine license CT endorsement and/or current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license.
  • Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license.
  • Current ARRT registered certification in Radiography with RT(R) designation.
  • Current ACLS certification with American Heart Association.
  • Current ARDMS registered certification in Abdomen with RDMS(AB) designation and/or current ARDMS registered certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with RDMS(OB/GYN) designation and/or current ARRT registered certification in Sonography with RT(S) designation.
  • For technologists performing nuchal translucency sonography: Current NTQR or equivalent Nuchal Translucency registered certification within 18 months of hire.
  • For technologists performing vascular sonography: Current ARDMS registered certification in Vascular Technology with RVT designation and/or additional current CCI registered certification as a Registered Vascular Specialist with RVS designation and/or additional current ARRT registered certification in Vascular Sonography with RT(VS) designation.
  • For technologists performing breast sonography: Current ARRT registered certification in Breast Sonography with RT(BS) designation and/or additional current ARDMS registered certification in Breast with RDMS(BR) designation.
  • Registered certification is only if needed to satisfy site modality accreditation requirements.
