About The Position

Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum. Key instructional responsibilities include but are not limited to: To plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program that guides and encourages students to develop proficiency and fulfill their academic potential. To integrate technology to develop students' media and digital literacies. To differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learner styles and abilities. To collaborate meaningfully with colleagues for the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.

Requirements

Appropriate NJ Certification for Middle School
Strong Computer Skills/Computer Literacy Proficiency
Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act
Successful Criminal History Clearance
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization
Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited Google Suite, IEP software program and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Applications Such as, GAFE, Garage Band & iMovie
