Licensing Requirement: This position is contingent upon becoming fully licensed. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office, with full licensing support provided. Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of starting. Our agency provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process to help you succeed. Role Overview: As a Multiline Representative, you will play a key role in driving agency growth by building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying coverage needs, and recommending insurance solutions that protect families and businesses.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Insurance or State Farm experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate new business
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and opportunities
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts within the community
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency production goals
