About The Position

The Multi-Line Broker is responsible for delivering professional, accurate, and efficient service to clients across all Personal Lines and Farm policy activities, with a strong focus on retention. This role involves identifying client needs, educating clients on available insurance products, and promoting the sale of company offerings, while applying strong client relations and cross-selling skills to support retention goals and reinforce a positive company image. This is a Part-Time opportunity working out of our Gladstone location.

Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required.
Level 1 licensed.
Strong knowledge covering all aspects of Personal Lines Insurance.
Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
2-5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

Level 2 license preferred.
Working toward CAIB designation.
3-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment is an asset.
