The position requires a self-starter capable of working independently or with others, maintaining company reputation, and meeting service delivery, production, quality, sales, and educational objectives. Responding to emergency on-site claim investigations before, during, and after work hours is also a requirement. Continuous learning in multiple lines of business and upholding the Crawford Code of Business Conduct are essential. The role may involve special projects or duties in other areas as requested.
