What You Will Be Doing: Responsible for managing production build team supervisors, Mentoring, training and leading FLL supervisors, coordinating manpower resources and skill sets, assist with daily crew planning and task scheduling, performance assessment, recognition / disciplinary actions for subordinates and represented employees. Requirements

Experience with Aircraft &/or Aerospace manufacturing productions methodologies in a professional environment.
Experience in managing a team using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel).
Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
Greenbelt certified.
Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
Previous development experience.
Working knowledge of Crew Plans.
Experience forecasting manpower.
Excellent communication skills.
