What You Will Be Doing: Responsible for managing production build team supervisors, Mentoring, training and leading FLL supervisors, coordinating manpower resources and skill sets, assist with daily crew planning and task scheduling, performance assessment, recognition / disciplinary actions for subordinates and represented employees. Requirements

  • Experience with Aircraft &/or Aerospace manufacturing productions methodologies in a professional environment.
  • Experience in managing a team using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel).
  • Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
  • Greenbelt certified.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
  • Previous development experience.
  • Working knowledge of Crew Plans.
  • Experience forecasting manpower.
  • Excellent communication skills.
