As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide in-person and over-the shoulder instruction for our Army clients through live, virtual and constructive methods. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you’ll be armed with the resources you need to excel. Be empowered to tap into your military training experience to manage and deliver training using the Instructional Design, scenario development and live training delivery processes to enhance the readiness of the units and Soldiers we support. Use your training management experience to provide timely research and analysis of current global Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) threats in order to identify high-value gaps and develop innovative solutions for unit Soldiers and Staffs to counter these threats using a combination of Electronic Warfare and Counter UAS equipment and methodologies and mounted and dismounted Tactics, Techniques and Procedures in a Combat Training Center Environment. Provide Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) instruction and integration for US military personnel conducting Home Station and Combat Training Center exercises. Assist Combat Training Center Observer Controller Trainers (OCT) with the integration of enemy Unmanned Aircraft System threats and signatures into exercise scenarios. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate all live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for Combat Training Center and home station training using blended learning techniques. Requirements

10+ years of experience with the U.S. Military
6+ years of experience leading U.S. Military training
Experience as an Observer/Controller at a Combat Training Center
Experience training Electronic Warfare and Counter Unmanned Aircraft System capabilities
Experience with Department of War logistics and equipment management
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role
Experience with integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training
Experience conducting After Action Reviews (AAR)
Bachelor's degree
