About The Position

The Multi Domain Operations Analyst supports Naval Special Warfare training through the design, integration, and execution of Cyber, Electronic Warfare (EW), Space, and intelligence scenarios within Joint and Fleet level exercises. This role directly enables the realism and effectiveness of TRIDENT and Joint Chiefs of Staff exercises by replicating current and emerging adversary capabilities across multiple domains. The Analyst works independently within the Exercise Control Group to ensure intelligence environments, injects, and after-action products align with operational training objectives and Joint Mission Essential Task Lists.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience coordinating, synchronizing, and executing Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Offensive/Defensive Cyber Operations, and Space Operations with Joint, Fleet, conventional forces, or COCOM.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of exercise experience utilizing analytical, planning, and organizational tools to meet 100% of defined mission requirements.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working within Joint SOF Operational and Strategic environments.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience analyzing or emulating adversary and enemy threat systems.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a government liaison, documented by successful coordination between range control, testing units, and acquisition teams.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of applied experience in RF theory, EW techniques, SATCOM, and SIGINT supporting Special Operations
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Red Team or OPFOR role, with a focus on crafting realistic adversary behaviors for training environments.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cyber threat emulation and network effect integration within EMSO scenarios.
  • Candidate must be able to show expertise in counter measures relative to EW and GPS contested environments.
  • Candidate must be able to show understanding of Information Warfare, Information Operations, and other OSINT/PAI relative to Information Operations and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations.
  • Clearance: Top Secret with SCI

  • Professional conduct IAW DoD, Navy, USSOCOM regulations
  • Ability to comply with OPSEC, CUI, IT, and security policies
  • Capable of mentoring and training government personnel

Responsibilities

  • Plan, test, and manage alternate transportation and deployment methods
  • Provide technical logistics expertise and compliance guidance
  • Identify and mitigate logistical and operational risks
  • Develop training plans and mentor LOGSU‑8 personnel
  • Maintain lessons learned, SOPs, and logistics documentation
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and inventory activities
  • Support CONUS and OCONUS mission requirements
