About The Position

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Multi-Domain Joint Effects Analyst to support the development and integration of NATO joint-effects capabilities. This role focuses on coordinating non-kinetic and non-lethal effects with other military effects. The analyst will assist program leadership in developing capability products, analyzing and tracing operational, system, and interoperability requirements across the DOTMLPFI lines of development, and supporting related projects and program management activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders from tactical to strategic levels, contributing to doctrine and capability-development products, maintaining program information, and documenting lessons and best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or a comparable national academic or military-college qualification, in Engineering, Information Systems, Aeronautics, Operations Research, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years within the past ten years briefing senior leaders or decision-makers.
  • Minimum of five (5) years within the past twelve years of operational experience integrating or synchronizing military effects, particularly non-kinetic or non-lethal effects, on a joint or strategic-level staff; or experience in military-effects planning, command and control, and integration at a NATO or national headquarters.
  • Relevant backgrounds include J3 or J5 functions in a military or civilian role.
  • Minimum of two (2) years within the past ten years of program or project management experience in a complex environment focused on military capability development.
  • Minimum of two (2) years within the past ten years working in a multinational organization, such as a NATO command or the European Defence Agency, with familiarity with NATO agencies' roles in system development.
  • Ability to analyze and trace capability and interoperability requirements and coordinate with operational, technical, and program stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare clear analytical products and briefings for stakeholders at tactical through strategic levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaborative software, and online research tools.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • An active NATO or national Secret clearance or higher.
  • Must have a valid passport from a NATO member nation without travel restrictions to NATO nations.
