About The Position

The Multi-Discipline Engineering Technician II will assist with correcting and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) data and Routing data in SAP. This role will also support the configuration and maintenance of workflows in MES, review system data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and work with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to resolve data issues. The technician will ensure changes are completed in accordance with internal procedures and documentation requirements. Additional responsibilities include providing document control support within Windchill and Adept, maintaining document revisions, and ensuring documents are stored appropriately. The role also involves supporting the maintenance of project and related data in Open Project, assisting with the organization and upkeep of shared file management systems, and performing general data cleanup and administrative support related to engineering and manufacturing systems.

Requirements

Experience with SAP data entry, maintenance, or correction activities
Familiarity with MES or Manufacturing Execution Systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately within controlled systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established procedures
Strong organizational skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Associate's degree required
1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing systems, document control, or data management
Must be detail oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of data accuracy
Must be comfortable working across multiple systems and databases
Must be able to follow defined processes and ensure documentation is current and properly controlled

Nice To Haves

Experience maintaining BOM and Routing data in SAP
Experience configuring workflows in MES
Familiarity with document control systems such as Windchill and Adept
Experience with Open Project and shared file management systems
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight
Willingness to support both system data management and document control activities
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred
