The Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Manager reports to the Advocacy Center Assistant Director. The primary job duties of this position include: Serve as the delegated authority for the Advocacy Center in the absence of the Director and/or Assistant Director, ensuring continuity of operations, decision-making, and crisis response. Ensure operational, safety, and case-related priorities continue uninterrupted during periods of leadership absence. Direct and facilitate regular MDT case review meetings, ensuring timely communication, information sharing, and accountability for follow-through on action items. Own the screening and acceptance of case referrals for MDT presentation; set agendas, maintain meeting structure, and ensure participation of key partners. Provide orientation to new MDT members and ensure understanding of protocols, roles, and expectations. Establish and monitor data systems related to case activity, trends, and MDT performance, using findings to drive programmatic decisions. Manage staff, including scheduling, workload coordination, performance evaluation, professional development, and resolution of escalated issues; own hiring and disciplinary decisions in coordination with HR and Agency leadership. Direct the development and updating of MDT protocols, policies, and system improvements, ensuring alignment with NCA Accreditation Standards.
